Privacy Policy
This page explains what information Pilot West Studios LLC (“we”) collects when you visit this site or buy the workbook, and what we do with it. We collect as little as we can.
What we collect
When you buy the workbook, Stripe collects your payment details on its own checkout page. We receive your name, email address, billing country and postal code, and the details of the purchase. We never see your full card number.
This site does not use analytics, advertising trackers, or cookies of its own. Stripe sets cookies on its checkout page to process your payment and prevent fraud.
How we use it
We use your email address to send your download link, to answer you when you write to us, and to process a refund if you ask for one. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
Who else handles it
- Stripe processes payments. See Stripe’s privacy policy.
- Postmark sends the email with your download link.
- Cloudflare hosts this site and processes basic request data, such as IP addresses, to deliver and protect it.
- Google Workspace holds our email, including any messages you send us.
How long we keep it
Purchase records stay in Stripe for as long as we need them for taxes, accounting, and refunds. Emails stay in our inbox until we no longer need them.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, unless we have to keep it for legal or tax reasons. Email books@pilotweststudios.com and we will reply within 30 days.
Changes
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
